For 2007 Knight Rifles has introduced a new gun, the Knight model KP1. The KP1 is not only a muzzleloader but a gun system, offering its owner the ability to change from a muzzleloader, to rimfire, to centerfire barrels, all in just a few seconds each! While not scheduled for production this year, shotgun barrels will be availible in the near future. They will make the KP1 a true complete gun system like the popular Thompson Center Encore's. Barrels on the KP1 will still be produced by Green Mountain and are sure to keep the legendary Knight accuracy.
Barrels availible for the KP1 for 2007 include .17 hmr, and .22 in rimfire, .223, .243, .270, 30-06, and 300 mag in centerfire, and .50 cal in muzzleloader. Stock congigurations will include black composite, laminated wood, and camoflage composite. Barrels will be availible in blued and stainless steel.
